Initially all demands by phone or letter are made from head office in Melbourne. Should legal action be required, the Solicitors will provide the necessary support and guidance. They have extensive knowledge and experience of the culture, law and language to recover overseas debts.
The commission rates for overseas collections is slightly more than the standard rates. Local court fees apply for legal action undertaken. Please note that overseas debts may incur up front handling fees to cover some incidentals such as international telephone calls/facsimile charges and local court fees.
