Courtesy Calls

Action MDR can act as an extension of your internal credit department, by running a telephone campaign designed to gently remind late payers of your payment terms.

Such campaigns have proven successful – and will promptly boost your cash flow. Calls will generate payments at least 5 times faster than an overdue notice.


SMS Facility

This can be used to make contact with debtors that would normally not respond to letters or telephone demands. An SMS prompts the debtor to contact our office.

Analysed results show that 41% of debtors will respond to an SMS message when they haven’t responded to a letter or telephone demand.
